An argument does the rounds on this forum from time to time, that the SA govt or the DMR will have to "correct" the (perceived) injustice of the Concourt in order to maintain investor confidence in the country as a whole.

This is laughable, IMO.

NKP will simply be a cautionary tale told for years to come by investors smart enough to learn from it.
