If/when the 1 metre rule comes into force, will need at least 2.6 metres between cars to lane split, which should be banned in any case, for both motor cycles and bikes.
Are cyclists going to obey that law, and will it be policed? How many people can accurately estimate 1 metre?
Of course the cyclists will have it all on camera, not that they need it.
Registration and clearly visible front and rear numberplates to make bike hoons easily trackable.
The way cyclists are carrying on, will end up leading to them having to be licensed as well, then there will be something more to whinge about.
