let me get this right - she is riding where she shouldn't be and some think ----------- the door opener 'caused' the accident?


I suppose it would be the bloody pedestrians fault if someone made her fall of her bike on the footpath as well.

Bugger off and pay registration and get your own road - and get insurance at the same time - and possibly get a licence as well - that way you will know which part of the road you are supposed to be on.
