Yes, a lot of risers also have cars yet they still do not have to pay rego for the bike. I have 2 bikes, 1 motor bike, 2 cars, 1 boat trailer and 1 trailer and still have to pay registration for all vehicles EXCEPT the push bikes.... Therefore, people riding DO NOT pay registration for the bike they are riding even though they may have another vehicle that they do.

I have always mentioned that registration should be for the road user and not for "EACH" vehicle they are permitted to use on the road. (we only have one bum so won't be in multiple vehicles at any one time).
