This week is a heavy one for Bill and Note auctions and some writers have reminded us that the Fed will do everything to make these successful.

That means bringing the price of Gold down so Bonds look better than Gold.

That is not an unusual observation and Hartman reminded us of it again.

The FED also needs to show that Inflation is low, hence lower gold prices and higher USD. Oil price is not coming down fast.
