How can we be so bullish on property yet casting doom on the economy??
You cant just pick and choose your arguments. This time its for interest rates sake.
FWIW, i filed a late tax return in December and i'm still waiting for the cheque. Asked my accountant to chase it up and he tells me the tax office has been holding back on everything at the moment, stalling, dodging and weaving on giving anything out at all.
Is this standard tax office behaviour or government running out of $$$$????
