Thats a very sad story.
BillExpress had actually a very good outlet.But financialy they done the wrong steps for to expensive aquesitions.
they should have taken more Fees out for the phone companies, vouchers etc.
Customers ( CUS ) was once in much worst shape - but is still around in the market and standing on both foot.
