Yes it is a shame but I'm surprised at the company's debt position. $180mil is a lot of tacos, but I agree that they should have alerted shareholders of the impending disaster and not allowed the trading halt to go ahead so s/holders could have run for the door and taken what they could have for the stock.
I'm not sure if e-pay is willing to take over their POSs right now.....
