There will still be plenty of people who'd prefer to get a prescription from the doctor. This is because I imagine that employees can still be drug tested at work (same as tested for alcohol), and they can still get in trouble for using drugs. The people who need it medically will still need a doctors prescription in this scenario.... Think of employees that work construction, FIFO, oil and gas etc.
