Boz, couldn't it be conversely argued that after 35 years in the business he has ended up working for a penny dreadful whereas if he was well regarded he could probably get a better position?
Its easy to grasp at straws and see things in only a positive light. I cant find much about him that would indicate he is the man for the job. I have seen and worked with several senior people where you just shook your head and wondered how this guy got where he is.
Yes or no, its a wait and see from me.
