Hmmm i see the very frightening side to the whole thing...
BUT i doubt the authenticity of the video's
The first one, notice how the camera moves off him in the conference & goes straight to the graphic at the critical point = easy edit of the video - my guess would be his referance to the drastic reduction ie. we could easily drop this number to - was not in referance to the population but in referance to deaths associated with that number. Taking the "key" point of his wording off direct image& going to a visual was a pretty easy pick imo.
The other one - didn't see much in it besides some high school kid ranting on.
