    Resource Star Limited (Resource Star or the Company) announces today that Mr Charles (Bill) Guy has resigned as a Non-Executive Director. Andrew Bell, the Company’s Chairman, thanks Bill for his contribution to the turn round of RSL over recent months. Mr Bell has worked previously with Bill, noting that it had been a privilege and the Company is disappointed that Bill’s increasing work responsibilities means that he can no longer be available to Resource Star.

    A positive for Ram imo.
