If you buy the options now you can hold them or trade them but you do not have to turn them into shares until February 2017 which means in Feb.2017 you only have to pay .025cents to convert all your options to shares. As you have already paid .005 plus the .025 cents, the cost of your shares in 2017 will be .03 cents. Hopefully the shares will be trading above this by then and the difference is profit to you. If the shares are only trading at .02 cents in Feb.2017 well you have done your money. The benefit is you have the difference in price to play with in the intervening period.
