I thought Shorten voicing his thoughts about those two big election influencers - the business "leviathans" and the complicit media was necessary. It seems to me that the present aim is to whitewash the actual nature of what just occurred creating a narrative which leaves out those two - out-of-the-normal influences. Sure, we've seen it before but this election it went nuclear.

History will record the vanquished Opposition Leader's comments (not our feeble voices) and it will be less likely for that whitewashing to occur.
