It could be that everyone is waiting for something to happen now that the oppies are being granted. SKR has been behaving strangely. Either something of significance is goint to happen very shortly, or it is going to drop further DOWN.
Ask yourself: Would they be selling oppies at 1c to raise funds if an earthshaking ann. was due out? UNLESS it is a way of making the large holders richer through their entitlement.
