Well it seems nothing was missed. Share price now equals the rights offer price. Shareholder value is stuffed and I bet all those companies that sold their businesses into Photon at $4, $5 and $6 per share and now so "sweet" with the head office team.
Can't wait to see how this one plays out, but I expect it will be a while before it bounces.
So now bluefreeway and Photon have done a number on themselves. This management team and Board should have a lot to answer for.
