Completely agree.
If he isnt willing to put his own money in when given the opportunity to buy at 1.5c (with options at 2.5c) then how is he going to convince others to do the same.
They could just be delayed with the change of director notices but my understanding is they are now overdue so we just have to assume they havent participated.
At this rate I will be voting against the rights not that it will count for much.
