sooky or not,, its still only satisfying emotional discomfort. It provides no real benefit to the goal.
people always want something to blame.
it doesnt matter about feeling valued, thats ego talking thinking youre owed something,
management should care about building a profitable company and not the short term feelings of us. The best way to show we are valued is to give us a highly valuable company, even if that means some people have to suck it up. So let him do it, hold him accountable with your shareholder votes if you dont like it.
or would it be better to have management spend the working day checking in to see if each shareholder needs a hug.
