HCH are in a transitional period atm imo from explorer to corporation. Change management in any organisation is complex and meets with strong resistance from people who believe they are entitled in their position rather than contributing to the future success of the organisation. They are getting rid of the old and bringing in the new. These ingrained habits will be hard to shake but I believe they will achieve their objectives
