It was also after close trade, so private sale in one transaction. Someone wanted out in a large transaction, and someone was willing to take it all.
They cant just dump that many on market as the price would collapse and then they would take significant losses. So a 'deal' was done one whale to another.
I believe someone here had a large stake in 88E and maybe needed to cover? Anyway, the point is someone wanted a nice healthy chunk.
