That second interview you mentioned is I think the one conducted dually with Tim Mason from EM2.
CE was up against a better looking, smarter and younger CEO who knew his stuff and could speak without the awkwardness of someone on the autism spectrum- ie no facial gurning or bizarre catchphrases.
You are right about the rivalry, but it was all in CE's mind not the other guy IMO.
CE kept trying to outsize, outtalk and outsmart Tim and at the same time try to suck up and impress him, like an 8 year old would do to an older kid he admired at school.
Fkn weird and highly unprofessional.
