Market aint perfect, it isnt in many cases. I have seen many examples of this, and if you are lucky to spot one yourself, then you just have to be patient.
HAV is totally not getting any love from ASX prior to this, the decent resource is sitting there for $51m, and one fine sunny morning OZL decided its worth $400m.
