The strengthening of the board, TSX listing, good money being spent on (supposed) promotion of company, etc......
Why was the underwriting of the $1.25 options not put in place when the price was trading well above that price in the last 18 months.
Maybe no institutions/investors were willing and given the distinct lack of interest in the company recently, that could be the case. But good management would have locked it in when the opportunity was there in the past 2 years.
