Whether there is one pending or not I am not sure, it certainly seems like UBS is intentionally lowering the VWAP and the only reasons for this is generally if they know a CR is coming (which one shouldnt be for at least 6 months) or to lower the price for a bid.
Even if one doesnt come from GC, the constant grind lower when we were already cheap compared to peers leaves us very vulnerable to one.
Have a look at SPQ go today on what are mediocre results.
I wish we had done a name change when we did the TSX listing.
