That regulus site is also 4000m above sea level, making it harder to mine and more affected by weather.Existing infrastructure, Chilean government onboard and income from some small scale mining at productora. Big plus having the government onboard there! Village nearby full of people wiling to work too, right?
Loads of reasons why hot chili’s site is a better one to mine over Regulus! Should easily eclipse their market cap.
