CVV has been pretty busy printing shares the last three years as well , although has avoided the dreaded CNs. CNs just self re enforces the downside as the company losses control of when & at what price the shares are issued.

With the CN's now done and dusted and never to be seen again, I'm surprised we aren't doing a bit better . But deeply depressing that CE didn't go into any detail on country risk and the regulatory situation/ permitting etc. at all today Is there something he's hiding on this front, given obviously the market is concerned about it if it's not the CNs. Which leads to number three reason for possible undervaluation , HCHs very poor management , but there lies the opportunity , buy great assets with rubbish management
