Rubi the delay as communicated by the previous announcement was due to the delay in securing the lab cert. Strictly speaking, this is not required under JORC code but u would expect them to have it. As many others have said, they should have forsee this much earlier.
And due to the delay, rather than sitting down and doing nothing, HCH has asked for the the new drill holes to be included in MRE.
