Here come the conspiracies now...

What I think is actually the case is that the MRE was originally supposed to be out July/August and would have then been followed by these drill results a month or so later (September) and, due to the delay getting the certification for previous drills, they’ve said “hey we’ve got these drills results ready as well now, would it take much more time to throw them in now?” Rather than putting the MRE out and then a week later putting these out as a separate announcement..

I think people are starting to read into it way more than necessary.
