Tying our boat to Glencore has not helped us , Glencore is known as ruthless commodities traders, whereas BHP etc are more strategic / big picture / nicer.
Glencore has a track record of forcing junior explorers to sell assets to them at distressed pricing . Given we have funding avenues now in Canada, USA and Australia, we should be able to avoid be totally reliant on Glencore if things do get distressed this time next year in a global recession
