Ok, thanks. I thought so. But I guess it doesn't change the story...it explains the whole "players in the data room" spiel by CE in Aug Crux interview. I thought it was an odd thing to be throwing out there in the middle of the interview. But, maybe it's more serious than an off-the-cuff remark. Shame to be selling so cheap though. HCH's legacy extracts a heavy price? I think it's like 3Bn shares on issue...wow!
