I suspect the independent reviews and validation has been underway for a while now, if not CE would not be stating MRE ann for end of July/Aug. The delays I feel were caused by the request from these independent valuers along the process for assay certs, which the company has obtained from Chile. Safe to say that the weeks of independent reviews/validation/approval (or whatever else needs to happen) has started a while back and could end any day now.
So for anyone selling now thinking these independent reviews are just about to start, perhaps should think again. I do understand that CE and the company have been horrible at stakeholder/shareholder expectation mgmt, but am sure this will all be forgiven once the MRE is out (given all drill results till date point to a solid estimate).
