I think you are finally starting to see that the team is not very good at a lot of basic things.
I think there are too many important people in too many important roles to bother checking something as mundane as a media release.
I might suggest the need for the creation of a new staff role at the AGM. Starting salary $150k P/A plus a bonus $10k for every CE mistake they pick up.
