How's this theory? Put together the delay in MRE, the low performance rights, the additional drills holes to the MRE plus speculation that the majors including bhp are sniffing around. Takeover coming and CE and ML are doing whatever they can to get their performance rights before t/o. I'm a bit bored waiting so my mind is wondering into the fanciful?
