It would be reasonable to suggest that with the recent chatter of good things, the companies activity and presence on the conference circuit, the great work of @salpetie spelling out the clear potential opportunities and the drill bit spinning, that the current seller is either in a really desperate situation or is just flat out - "LOCO!"
