Just spit-balling an thought....
We've had 6 teams in the data room for months now.
Have they not royally F'd Up? I ask?
They could have lobbed a bid at $1.30 ish. That is $1.00 plus 30% premium.
Now we are up at 1.50, plus 30% premium it's going to cost them a lot more as the bid will be the $2.00 region now and possibly more in the coming months, I would not expect a first bid below 3.50, but then the bidding fight begins!
So "if" they are looking at a TO or JV, they need to get their poo in a pile sooner rather than later. Not that I'm in a rush by any means.
Just my ramblings.....
