The fear in the markets is so strong at the moment but I guess I am more of a contrarian when I look at chinas PMI data and how the west won’t let their economies fail while China can stay rather resilient with their problems.
CYM was never going to work 3 company trying to do it and failed now again…. HCH is the only copper play that has legs out of the “Juniors” and CNB punters are figuring this out now (another SVY in the making)
As far as realestate the market is fairly bullish - supply vs demand issues with great Labour immigration policies…. Also negative internal migration from southern states to QLD and WA pushing them along
