NWC (I don't hold) appear to be doing ok after announcing an $11m NSR royalty today. I had a quick look appears they have a decent high grade resource of 11.4Mt @ 2.1% Cu, 5.0% Zn, 0.9% Pb, 32.9g/t Ag + 0.36g/t Au for 11.4Mt @ 4.1% Cu-equivalent, so a very different style of mineralisation compared to HCH.
So assuming base metals prices remain stable we can call that ~468 kt Cu.eq metal or 32.7 Kt Cu.eq over 12 years for a current MC of ~$73M as an estimate from CommSec
