Thats the problem right there, but I often feel its not just the market that doesnt know what the plan is from day to day but CE himself.
One minute we are fully funded with 2 rigs going to 3, then we are back at 1 rig and in cost preservation mode, then we are sending staff to 4 corners of the globe attending conferences around the world and signing up for $8+ million in new potential project acquisitions.
If CE could provide a gameplan and stick to it, I am sure everyone would benefit.... including him.
