i agree with you both, it's crystal clear that CE isn't prepared to change his spots in his management style. Has he harmed his companies MC by managing this way? IMO absolutely! CE has to want to change and he himself is the only person to effect change.
I've merly submitted to the companies fundamentals and my focus is on that now. Hoping CE and the market work it out for themselves.
