This is the DEG analysis, and as you can see it is a little bit more detailed than...$1billion financing (which, is useless by itself without knowing how much value can be extracted from the ground - i.e. if it is $50billion, than that makes that financing look like an amazing deal). Not going to be bother with your other waffle, as you're clearly looking for people to clog up space with on the thread so you can try and have a "debate" that is you re-writing history. Have fun
