If you're using Google Earth then ensure you go to Tools -> Options and set Show Lat/Long to Universal Transverse Mercator. FYI Costa Fuego project and coordinates will be located as UTM, Zone 19 South, WGS84.
Then add a placemark, and edit the coordinates, you can copy these directly from the quarterly, as per the example below.
