Listening to the presentation again CE did say "they hope" to have resource upgrade this side of xmas but gave himself an out with it may traverse into the new year and they are working very hard on it.
Still not sure about those two guys interviewing him. Look like they have just left a ganster rap concert into the CE interview with the suits and stupid cap hat combination.....
