Didnt CE say we have parties in the data room? That would indicate that they have already invited groups in for a look. Besides that anyone can lob a hostile bid anytime they like. They don't need an invite.
Respect? Deliver something on time and maybe management would earn some. At the moment the strategy is a tangled mess of rubbish.
