I want to believe this story of the water business, but it doesn't make sense.
Convince me please.
Tell me how a major is going to say okay, HCH has done what we couldn't!
If anything it will be a synergy arrangement, not a profitable water business for HCH.
Anyway, like I said, come back to me in year and tell me about all the groveling majors begging for the water rights from HCH.
