The talk of this T/O is hard to wrap my head around. I don't see a company paying the premium CE and Nikki would demand, they also have nothing to lose from not accepting the offer.
A JV would make much more sense, give us the cash to buy the next tier 1 asset and we give them control of Costa F and take a nice little royalty.
We would then potentially have cashflow from the water project and the mining royalty's to pay for the exploration of the new tier 1 asset.
