"Not a top pick but a major holding"
A top pick for RR might be one heavily discounted for political risk for instance, he talks a lot about that, there's other areas where he's prepared to take risk as part of an extensive portfolio so the 'top pick' for mine relates to a decent edge relating to risk!
Major holding speaks for itself... Chilie not an issue, resource top notch etc.
