it's a real head scratcher and a legitimate question, and definitely deserves an answer..
he probably thinks underselling the assets is permanent, whereas dilution is not..
that is a logical fallacy unless there is a buy back at lower prices than the cap raise at some stage... which would be a disaster..so all the mor reason to deal at the asset level...
