Czech wine and beer are my favourite. French wine is wank. Italian wine is honest and wholesome Aussie wine is over rated and way over planted. Czech, Austrian, Hungarian, Slovakian wines I particularly like gruner grape white wines in particular the dryness and sweetness is a nice balance for my palate. I've got gruner vines here on the farm, both farms actually but can't quite get the same balance of dry and sweet as they do in a native Czech or Austrian wine.
I should get Steve Garwin to check out my decomposed granite/basalt soils?
