what I do know about the water in chile is that mines can't use ground water, dam water, lake water or any natural fresh water in their operations. Seawater is fine. Desalination is fine.
1 of those Desalination plants can produce roughly Enough water to fill an Olympic pool in 40 seconds or enough water to put 25mm of rain on 20 acres of land in under a minute.
In your opinion and apart from the usual CE cliche's and Buzzwords tell us all what mystical unicorn is CE trying to sell?
