So where is this convincing report that sells the idea?
Why hasn't the company disclosed it to all the shareholders to convince them?
Ah, it is just one of these things that we must agree with cause somebody said so?
I want to see an endorsement from the Chilean government to build the desal plant, otherwise good luck selling this magical water business.
